Tina currently resides in Graduate Hospital with her husband Drew, their two daughters, and yellow lab.

Erin has called Philadelphia  home for the last 11 years and loves everything Philly. Living in South Philly, she takes full advantage of the walkability to Center City. When Erin is not at the office or out showing properties to clients, you can find her at RippedPHL, dining out with friends, or walking around Rittenhouse Square Park. Erin  believes one the best parts of our city is the many neighborhood options there are. She have an understanding of our distinct neighborhoods and how they best fit my client’s needs. Erin often uses her background in education to help clients navigate and demystify the home buying process by teaching them about each aspect of the transaction up front. Erin is the best in assisting first time buyers into their Philly dream home!
